Episode 7-Halloween Plus Early Canidates for Mother of the Year

This week our true crime podcast has another Halloween centric episode, boy there’s an original idea. We still have the usual news in the first half, then a murder that resulted in a maybe-maybe not haunted house, a lot of lawsuits, a terrible mispronunciation of a name on my part, as well as a brief snippet of The Banana Boat Song.

The first half features the Hannah Anderson case and Chelsea Hoffman’s attempt to cash in on it. If you don’t recall Hannah Anderson is the San Diego area girl who was kidnapped and later found in Idaho.

We also discuss Larry Flynt and his incredible life saving enema.

Thank you, are you sure you are in Australia though? I drive by Melbourne every day on my way to work and it’s in Florida :)

  2. Katie Bloch says:

I think you are off to a great start. I love the podcast and think the banter between you and your wife is a tasty treat when thrown into the pot with those crazies from Florida. (Yourself included) You have the right balance of fact and commentary and I find myself checking my auto downloads directory in anticipation of your next podcast. Thank you for keeping opinions down to 3 min or less and kudos to your wife for acting as your co-pilot. She is a smart one and funny as we’ll. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for the kind words! Our original plan was to upload a new episode every Sunday night/Monday morning. It looks like we are finally on pace to meet that schedule this week.
